Making money on the Internet is not a rocket science that you have to break your head to understand. In fact, it is as simple as following a 7-step plan. In the next seven days, you can work your way to start making money on the Internet if you implement the plan I will be sharing with you in a short while.

Begin by writing down your income goals: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year. Then breakdown the numbers and achieve them. For example, if your 30-day income goal is $1,000 per month, then you must break that down into a daily income of $33. Calculate how many sales you need to hit the target and what you must do to hit it.

Obviously, the only way to get the results is focus on getting the sale and following the plan below! Sounds simple, but this works like magic – every single time.

Day/Step #1: Find A Desperate Profitable Niche

Finding a hungry and desperate niche market is the starting point to making money online. Such niches will be more likely to have people buying what they need. Focus on the NEEDS (or problems) of the niche rather than WANTS. Find out the biggest needs of the niche so you can offer them solutions.

There are 3 Factors to consider when searching for a profitable niche to operate in. These can be put as the A.P.O Formula to niche research: Affinity, Profitability, and Opportunity.

Affinity – are you passionate about the niche? If you are in a niche that you are comfortable with, you will have the motivation to do the necessary things you need to do to succeed in it. Therefore, find a niche or industry that goes with your values.

Profitability – is there plenty of disposable income? Continual income? You need to be sure that the people that are likely going to make purchases in the industry have enough disposable income to spend. So again, choose niches with big disposable income.

Opportunity – are there opportunities for future partnerships and joint ventures with other people to promote products in the niche? Opportunities to partner with other successful marketers in the niche in one way or the other can enable you to leverage on one another’s resources and multiple your income greatly.

How to find desperate niches: you can search for profitable niches by browsing certain websites to see what questions people are asking, comments and articles they are writing, and the kind of products they are buying. Websites like eHow.com, Clickbank Marketplace, EzineArticles.com, 43Things.com, Magazines.com, etc. can give you such information.

Day/Step #2: Build Keyword list Around The Niche

Build an initial keyword list of top 10 keywords around your selected niche. Pick keywords with 1,000 and more monthly search volume. Use google free keyword research tool at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal to do the keyword research. Also, check the competition for the keyword by doing a search for it in google search engine. A search that brings out less than 50,000 of web pages indicates less competition for the keyword. Pick the keyword.

Day/Step #3: Create An Offer Your Niche Needs

Based on your research of what your niche needs, the next thing to do is to create an offer, that is, to offer something valuable, that will provide solution to the need that you have identified.

You can create an offer with Private Label Right (PLR) products if you have them. This will give you 100 percent of the sale since it’s your product. You can even sell it with MASTER RESALE RIGHTS, so that anyone buying it can also resell it. This will make the product viral, that is, circulate across the Internet.

With some pointers like additional free gifts in it, anyone buying it from your customers will still be coming back to your site to download the additional free gifts, and you can then capture their names and email, which gives you the opportunity to market to them later.

If you don’t have PLR products to create a product from, you can still create an offer by using affiliate products. You can sign up as affiliate to promote relevant products and get certain percentage as commission on the sales you make. You can find products to promote on Clickbank.com, cj.com, amazon.com, and google affiliate center.

Another way you can create an offer is by offering your product together with recommending related affiliate products.

If you are selling your own product, you can set up your payment processor using Paypal or 2checkout.com, these are two of the widely acceptable payment processors on the Internet.

It is advisable to begin your Internet marketing selling cheap, i.e., $5-$10. This will enable you to build customer base quickly.
Set up your website with a simple sales funnel: Sales page -> payment -> customer registration page -> download page.

Your customer registration page will build you a customer list! This will set up your business for long-term income and sustainability because you’ve a LIST.

Remember: Sell your product with MASTER RESALE RIGHTS so buyers can sell it too and it spreads like wildfire. You’ll still build your list and make affiliate commissions.

Day/Step #4: Set Up Backend Income Streams

You can make additional income by selling more products from the original product sold. This is called “making backend income.” It works like this:

Find related affiliate products (pay per sale, pay per lead, CPA) to promote to customers who bought your PLR created product. Sign up with them and when creating your product do the following: *Add your affiliate links within your PLR product (PDF), *Add your affiliate links on your product download page, *Add your affiliate links into your autoresponder follow-up emails, *Add a box with a link to your “customer registration page” on the first page of your product, say it’s for “updates”.

In this way, you’ll also build a list of customers from your resellers who sell your product as their customers join your list!

Once their customers register and optin, you can also promote your affiliate programs within your autoresponder messages and download page to them. This is ultimate leverage and creates an AUTOMATIC SELLING SYSTEM based on other people’s (reseller) efforts!

Day/Step #5: Kickstart Your Promotions (Traffic)

Your offer is set. Now you need to promote it, and that means you need to drive traffic to it. People who might need the product have to see it first before they can order it, and the more the number of prospective buyers that see your product daily, the higher the chance of selling more of it.

Therefore, this stage is perhaps the most important step in your desire to make money on the Internet selling things. However, unlike what some people think, driving traffic to your offer isn’t difficult. There are many ways to get targeted traffic to your website or offer, and we shall be discussing some of them here.

But before we get into them, let me assure you that they work. If you implement them, you will surely get traffic to your offer, and you will make sales, it’s guaranteed!

Now back to directing traffic to your offer. Traffic sources, which have been proven to work well include TradeBit.com, WarriorForum.com Warrior Special Offer (WSO), Digital Point, forum marketing, article marketing, keyword targeted press release (gets into Google News fast!), Yahoo Answers, Ad Swaps, ezine advertising (still effective today).

Placing adverts in Warrior Forum Special Offer program at WarriorForum.com, Digital Point, and Yahoo Answers can bring you not only lots of targeted traffic but also people who are in buying mode. However, note that WarriorForum and Digital Point are places where you will find concentration of Internet marketers to market to.

Use your top 10 keywords in all your promotions. For example: in the title of product and description when uploading to Tradebit etc.

There are other sources of traffic aside from the ones I gave above, but for now these will do to get you consistent sales. Remember, with your master resale rights strategy, soon other people will promote for you and make your business completely AUTOMA TIC!

Day/Step #6: Get Better Conversion

By now the sales would definitely have started coming. However, it can always be better. Your goal now is to increase your sales conversion. That is, you need to get a greater percentage of those who clicked on your ad, or who visited your website to your product to order it.

To achieve this, you will need to tweak certain things. It might be to re-write your sales copy on your landing page, re-write your ad, or redesign your website. The fact that you are making sales is a proof that you are in a profitable niche. Therefore, tweaking and testing your website and sales process will improve your results.

Day/Step #7: Duplicate

Having successfully set up a money making system, the next step is to scale or expand it. And what you only need to do is to duplicate the process that gave you the result. And here are ways by which you can expand your earnings:

Vertical duplication: you can explore different sub-niches in the same market and duplicate the process (Step 1 to 6).

Horizontal duplication: you can research other niches, the way you discovered the one that is making you money, and duplicate the proven money-making process all over.

By duplicating the process, you will be multiplying your income astronomically. Take for example, if you made $500 profit during the seven days work-out period, it could easily become $2,500 or more weekly by the time you duplicate the earning process severally and increase your advertisement budget. To your success!
