It’s A Beautiful Baby Girl
Saturday, June 13th, 2009Oh yes, the Lord brought a beautiful baby girl into my family two days ago (June 11, 2009) when my wife was delivered of our first child, and I just wanted to share our joy with you.
I have heard some men expressing how they felt having their first child, but I never knew it could be so indescribable. True, I just can’t express how I feel right now as I realize that by the power of God, I was part of the creation of another life.
I pray that everyone should experience this feeling, and if you are waiting on the Lord for a child, I pray that He will do it for you, and it will come soon.
By the way, I call her Eunice, my wife calls her “Oluwatobiloba” (meaning in yoruba (her tribe): God is almighty – please correct me if I didn’t get it right, my Yoruba is still shaking), my Aunty inlaw calls her “Toluwalashe” (meaning: God is supreme), my father calls her “Osemegbe” (meaning in Ishan (my tribe): God is too good), my mother calls her “Oseiwe (meaning: God never sleeps). More names are still coming.
